Ideally located nestled in a small hollow and surrounded by meadows and woods, this property is a haven of peace troubled only by the breeze rustling through wild flowers and the singing of birds.

Standing in grounds of 6 hectares, this old farm typical of the region, was completely restored in 2011 with great care taken to retain the original style.

Layout and Equipment

The main house, a covered terrace for meals outdoors, and a wash house are enclosed in a courtyard with a magnificent lime tree and surrounded by stone walls.

Ground floor:
– A fully equipped kitchen
– A living room with fireplace, corridor and WC
– A bedroom with double bed and bathroom (shower and bath) with separate WC

Upstairs:
– A bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and bath and separate WC
– A second bedroom with two single beds, a divan, bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
– A lovely well orientated heated swimming pool (10 by 5m) with an electrically operated cover. Perfect for relaxing and appreciating the silence of nature.

Once a week house cleaning service (2hrs) included
All household linen provided (sheets, bathrobes, swimming towels, tablecloths…)
The weekly rental period for our houses runs from 5pm on Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. On request, and if possible, adjustments can be arranged.
30% of the rental cost to be paid at the time of booking and the balance payable on arrival.
A deposit of €1,000 is required after inspection/inventory of the property on arrival. Cheques will not be cashed and will be returned not more than a week after departure.
